Like all businesses, we work with our people to make sure they have the training they need to be able to carry out their roles effectively. Enviro roles are different to many professions – what we do is highly variable between spending lots of time sitting at our desks analysing data and writing reports and then being out in the field experiencing the environment in all its glory. It makes our training interesting and different. Not too many people can say they are paid for being trained in snake handling, 4-wheel driving, fishing for stygofauna, using a drone and collecting samples from a range of different environments.
