The WA Minister for Environment released a determination today on the Appeals on the EPA Report and Works Approval (Minor and Preliminary Works) for Sheffield Resources Thunderbird Mineral Sands Project, which dismissed all appeals. Appeals on the EPA Report were upheld in part with the proposed changes/clarification on public reporting being agreed to by Sheffield.
MBS looks forward to the upcoming Ministers decision on whether the project can proceed.
