Greg Lekmine
Senior Environmental Geochemist/
Geochemical Modeller
Greg joined MBS Environmental in 2019 and has worked on various geochemical projects including waste rock and tailings characterisations, asbestos, pit lake modelling, infiltration and reactive transport assessment and modelling. He has experience in groundwater/surface water, contaminants (hydrocarbons, solvent, etc.) and sediment sampling monitoring and assessment. Greg has an extensive background in research where he worked on environmental geochemistry and geophysics related projects in the fields of inverse modelling, tracer test analysis, soils and groundwater contamination, predictive bioremediation and reactive transport for contaminated sites. Greg possesses significant expertise in hydrogeophysical and geochemical field and lab data acquisition, analysis and treatment, specifically for radiogenic/stable isotopes (dual CSIA), and hydrocarbons (solvents, petroleum fuels, coal tar).
