David O’Brien from MBS will be speaking at the National Environmental Law Association WA conference in Perth on September 3.
The conference will explore a range of current issues in environmental, planning and water law, including urban and coastal planning, industry licensing and incident management. It will also look at recent developments in contaminated sites and will discuss key considerations and practical lessons relevant to water management, mine closure and indigenous engagement in project developments.
