MBS attended the biennial Goldfields Environmental Management Group Conference last week. Over 400 environmental professionals attended the 3 day event in Kalgoorlie to share knowledge, make and renew connections and discuss challenges faced for environmental management in this special part of Western Australia.
MBS took the opportunity to send multiple team members to Kalgoorlie to present and participate in the conference as well as undertake some fieldwork for some of our goldfields clients.
Dr Elliott Duncan presented on Ecological Risk Assessment and Dr Bhasker Rathi presented on Water Quality Modelling.
