Farewell Nicole!

MBS says goodbye to Nicole Garbin after more than 6.5 years service. Having been enticed away from Kalgoorlie in late 2010 Nicole quickly became an anchor team member at MBS. Her varied site experience in the WA Goldfields proved invaluable to the MBS consulting team from project approvals to environment management to mine closure planning. We will remember Nicole for her valuable input during the construction of the DBNGP Stage 5B Fortescue River Crossing and the Tropicana Gold Mine; environmental management at Sandfire’s DeGrussa Mine and IGO’s Nova Project; closure planning at Crescent’s Laverton sites and Barrick’s Kanowna Belle; environmental project approvals at Danakali’s Colluli Potash Project (Eritrea) and Gold Road’s Gruyere Project.

Nicole has never been shy to share her site experience with others and is the ultimate team player. We will miss your ever present smile and humour, not to mention party spirit. Thanks for all the hard work and laughs over the years. We hope you have a fantastic trip exploring those more remote and beautiful areas of Australia. Happy travels!
