Principal Environmental Geochemist
Michael joined MBS Environmental in 2013 and has worked since 2000 in the field of environmental chemistry in relation to sampling, analysis and interpretation\consultancy at all levels of client reporting and technical problem-solving. Highly experienced across analytical, environmental, organic, inorganic and physical chemistry as well as occupational hygiene, geochemistry, soil science and materials science. Michael is a member of the International Association of Geochemistry and an associate member of the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists.

- Water, groundwater and soil chemistry, analysis review and interpretation including the transport and fate of contaminants in the environment
- Air quality monitoring for public health, environmental and occupational hygiene monitoring

- Acid sulfate soils, sampling and assessment
- Drinking water quality interpretation, and advice including treatment, analysis and management
